Information. Why do we need it?
The word information comes from the Latin "informatio" that means knowledge, data. The vocabulary defines information as the product of data and methods correlation that is considered in the context of interrelation. Information is original and has the content. This is the category that is why it is introduced in the form of images to the categories structure. In fact it is described by the synonyms or notions that are similar in their significance such as material, system, structure, etc. In 20th century the word "information" became the term used in many other scientific fields getting the special and additional definitions.
But information is one of the most general and abstract notions of science that means certain data or the structure of some data or knowledge. This word was formed on base of the word "to inform" that became the international one and meant communication certain knowledge and data to somebody or something.
In fact information can't be transmitted, kept and got in the original state. Its manifestation is the message. In such way information doesn't exist as it is but only through the transmitter that may be different from the sound and shaking the objects to the impulse of electric energy.
Nowadays the most used kind of information is the text that means books, letters, documents, etc. as well as electronic one that means the number of digital signs with the help of which any computer information is kept from texts to films. By the way the digital information is developing rapidly.
